Pro Shop Staff
You’re a people-person, and we’re a people-business. At Wisconsin River Golf Club , we care about our staff – and we encourage our team to bring that same commitment to our customer. In order to deliver on our commitment to customer service, we require a team of customer focused individuals to work for the golf course to build and maintain customer trust and create a memorable experience for all of our customers. We are currently seeking energetic individuals who are enthusiastic about the game of golf to join our Golf Shop team.
We are looking for someone that is focused, passionate, and has professional and friendly demeanor. These positions require basic knowledge of the game and golf etiquette, strong communication skills, excellent customer service skills.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly manner.
- Run the tee sheet and merchandising operation in an efficient manner.
- Keep the golf shop and workspace clean.
- Inform guests of rules and regulations pertaining to the golf course, enforce rules and, if necessary, report violations of course rules, golf etiquette or safety to golf leadership.
Golf Outside Services
We are currently seeking energetic individuals who are enthusiastic about the game of golf to join our Outside Services Team
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Cart staging and event set up & detail.
- During golf outings places golf bags on clean and well-maintained carts at staging area.
- Collects and washes range balls.
- Cleans, maintains, inspects damage of golf carts.
- Maintain a clean work area and clean and maintain around the club house and deck
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by Head Golf Professional
- Golf Course Rangering.
Grounds Crew & Equipment Operators
Want to be a part of a team who delivers a great product to our customers? Ideal candidates are early risers, self-starters, team players, and those who take pride in their work.
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Mowing: Greens, Tees, Collars, Fairways, Green Surrounds & Rough.
- Changing holes.
- Raking bunkers.
- Weed eating.
- Backpack blowing.
- Collecting garbage.
- Tree trimming
- Other general maintenance tasks.
Kitchen Staff
Do you enjoy working independently and take pride in your work? Are you looking to pick up some hours in the evenings and/or on weekends? We are looking for self-motivated, hardworking people who will take pride in their work and deliver a consistent high quality product to our guests
Our daily menu consists of appetizers, salads, wraps, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and we also offer a Friday fish fry. In addition to daily service we also serve several banquets and private parties.
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Prepare all menu items in a timely manner and with excellent quality. Process and manage food tickets and track food quality.
- Follow sanitation guidelines & adhere to safety procedures.
- Stock and rotate food.
- Handle equipment, appliances, small wares, supplies, and tools.
- Clean and care for all equipment.
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen.
Food And Beverage Service Staff
Golf is a service industry. If you enjoy providing great service to customers you may be the perfect candidate for a position on our food and beverage service staff.
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Bartending
- Working as a server in the 19th hole.
- Assisting with serving banquets and private parties.
- Providing sales and service on the golf course with the beverage cart.
- Maintaining a clean work and service environment by following specific cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
